        Brilliant product and customer service. I needed a large amount of a very specific item in a short time. Ordered easily online Friday, called Monday to check if in stock. The gentleman checked, confirmed and got them out to me the same day. Absolutely superb and I will definitely be using again.

        Ordered one item on Tuesday, it arrived on Wednesday! Such a nice difference when other companies fail to dispatch and deliver items on time.

        We use these for quite a lot of stock cookies, syrups, cups and alternative milks nearly always next day delivery free.

        In the beginning of April 2021 I ordered (among other products) 6x250g jars of Chocolate Abyss Fairtrade Dust - basically, chocolate sprinkles for cappuccino. The product arrived mid-April and the expiry date on all the jars was June 2, 2021! So, I was expected to use up 1.5kg of chocolate sprinkles within less than two months! Technically, the Espresso Warehouse didn't do anything wrong - the product has not expired yet, but from a customer point of view they just offloaded some old product to me. Contacted customer service, but wasn't honoured with any reply. Obviously, will not buy from them again.
