        BEWARE!!! Before you buy from them if you do, just know that they delivered me a part which was not what I ordered, and that not only they wont get it me change, nor refund, but that I am "beyond stupid" (their words) and that I did not understand the product description

        Generally ok, but there was a problem with my delivery being sent out with an inadequate delivery address. Not quite sure how it happened as I only entered one address into the system. Perhaps this is something the company could look into, as I wasted a fair bit of time trying to locate my parcel with neighbours.

        Weve had our La Pavoni Europiccola for 25 years now. During the time, it was regularly serviced at various London workshops. This was the first time the machine was serviced at Espresso Services. And it came back like the machine we bought all those years ago! It looks and feels like it was the only proper service the machine ever had. To the team at Espresso Services, a big thank you!
