Although I was satisfied with the standard of the work carried out, on collection of the items both were dusty and had stray threads of colours other than used to alter my clothes on the front and back of both items. Also, a long human hair stuck to one of them.
I remarked upon this and commented they looked like they had been lying on the floor.
I was sharply rebuked by the female owner that they "had not been on the floor, its just tailoring".
I asked if they could be brushed, and they were.
I had hoped to receive them in the same condition I had left them so was disappointed.
Maybe the business has become complacent due to repeat custom they have had over the years, of which I counted myself.
A bit more customer care is required, and it is expensive.
I will not use them again. Service: Suit tailoring
