Absolutely disgusted by the way my sister was treated today. My sister had brought her wedding dress to get altered today after being recommended and not only did her dress get covered in dirt from the unclean floor when she confronted them they denied it and said she made this up! The woman initially dealing with her was clearly mortified when she first seen the damage, profusely apologised and said they would clean it as their hoover had broke so they were unable to clean the store however once she told the manager and he came through and became aggressive denying full liability she never said anything. This is absolutely devastating as she has travelled all the way from Glasgow to Sheffield to get her dream wedding dress and it was ruined within minutes. No compassion or remorse was shown from the manager, he crumpled up her dress and shoved it in the bag, he was so vile. DO NOT recommend anyone going here as they do not treat items with care. Pay her the 160 for the cleaning fee! Service: Wedding gown alterations
