Alan has been outstanding over the years and really got to the root of all sorts of horrible mechanical problems Id developed. Latest (and new!) one was intense pain in my shoulder which had gone on for months and I was so worried I would need a rotator cuff op (as two friends had had), but of course Alan identified why it was , did some work on it and now Im pain free and very relieved!

I've had 2 back ops for nerve root decompression (was affecting my sciatic nerve) which has worked to a fashion for the last 10 years or so Recently however my sciatica has returned as bad as ever. JP at balance was recommended to me. I have tried many physios in my time but have to say that after only 2 sessions and doing my 'homework' as prescribed I am amazed the pain is subsiding. The approach is much gentler than I expected too. Manipulating and stretching the muscles in my back and buttocks which have tightened and possibly causing the nerve to be affected. It is certainly working that's for sure. I would definitely recommend Balance and hopefully they will be able to help you as they have me. Best of luck Peter

Yesterday I completed my 4-week Beginner Aerial Yoga course with Mags. I have loved the classes and I have gained confidence week after week, with guidance and encouragement from Mags. As an instructor she is patient and considerate of personal preferences/physical health when it comes to some of the techniques. I have left every class feeling better, both in my performance in the class and my wellbeing. Would highly recommend if someone wants to try something new and relaxing.
