Expected time of delivery 1745. Time comes and goes. Multiple calls to the restaurant go unanswered. Just eat try and they can't get through. Meanwhile, restaurant claims deliver at 1745. Nothing anyone can do as the restaurant doesn't answer their phones. Really trying to support local business but they really do make it difficult. Finally after one hour and fifteen minutes after expected delivery multiple unanswered calls the order arrives. We actually had to order somewhere else. My recommendation would be to avoid. Non existent customer service.

Started calling the restaurant after the order was claimed to have been delivered. Phoned for over an hour, blatantly not answering. Over 2 hours after it was claimed to have been delivered it turners up no sorry, no explanation, by this time wed already ordered from someone who actually delivered. Disgusting. Still cant get through to complain.

Birthday meal over 32 ordered at 5.50pm arrived at 8.30pm freezing. After 2 phonecalls they stopped answering. Shocking when people are self isolating. If you can't cope say so or close.
