I recently ordered a chow mein online from Good Taste. I waited two hours for the food to arrive and when I called they said the driver was 2 minutes away and to sit tight. I waited again but no delivery after another 30 mins. I tried to call again but they had disconnected their phone. After another hour I finally got through and they said that they had lied before about the driver being close and were now cancelling my order.
Very disappointing and I will not be using them again. No need to lie to customers - just be upfront if you cannot meet orders so that people can make alternative arrangements.
