        Spend more money and go to reputable surveyors who value your custom and provide good customer service. Avoid at all cost !! I was unfortunate to have had used this company for a home report which had so many major errors. The company lacks professionalism, Gary does not return your phone calls or reply to your emails.. I would not recommend this person or company to anyone.. very poor !!

        Had agreed a fee verbally of 250 +VAT. The Lady on reception checked with a surveyor as well, which they agreed too. Had the surveyor out, said they would send me the questionnaire and the invoice. Then when it came time to pay they changed to 300 +VAT. Said they wouldn't accept anything less, not sure why they would agree, then change it last minute.
