Was a volunteer for 21 weeks at food train Glasgow all off the volunteers was great to work with had ups in downs laughs in jokes tears in laughter but besides all that the managing side off it was not all 100% ad be give managing side 50% for the reason being moving the helpers about in vans when they are already assigned to vans manger got different rules for volunteers when every one is equal as a volunteer and the rules should apply to everyone not just 1 individual like for example 1 volunteer says am not going out way a certain driver gets moved to a new driver then same volunteer does same again next week and gets moved to another driver but no other volunteer can do this its your going out way the driver or your going home not very fair as all volunteers are equal and rules should apply to everyone and not very good at managing skills either and manger sits down in office and passes messages about to other co-workers in says vans are changed about when manager can do this because after all mangers need to chip in too and also managers need to be in contact way volunteers when doing this so everyone knows what's going on not just 1 individual because at the end of the day it will make life so much easier for managers coworkers and volunteers, shop helpers van drivers so manager skills lack 50% out off 100% and not very happy with the way manager treats volunteers aswell. New information I just got there from a close friend handing me over serious news about my self witch is very serious and I can say one thing the manager in coworkers better have proof and evidence in black and white before a get in contact way my lawyer and police because I am not letting this go and not getting accused off anything from food train witch is false information I haven't been back there in a week but I will not recommend this to any one that wants to volunteer with them I will not be returning to food train
