Genuinely one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had!!! My fruit and ved box was due for delivery on Monday and never arrived, I emailed them and got a response the following morning to say it would be with me that day(tue), but again it never arrived. Emailed again and got a response the following morning to say it would be delivered that day but no apology and it finally arrived on Wed. Had to go and get fruit and veg in the supermarket in the end so completely defeated the purpose of getting it. We were also missing a cucumber and our pepper arrived rotten. I emailed regarding my whole experience and got no response and also sent a Facebook message, again no response. Really disappointed and feel that this could have been handled a lot better, would definitely not recommend this service to anyone.

I was disappointed with my veg/fruit box produce freshness. Some were ready for bin straight away after delivery and some others only lasted a day or two.

Ordered at 6pm on Tuesday and delivered by Wednesday 10am. Amazing service! Got the medium box which contained a nice mix. Everything was fresh and didn't come in tons of extra packaging - excellent. No recurring payment or commitment, much better than subscription service if you ask me. Such a great service especially during lock down, will probably keep them on after. Highly recommend.
