I have been warned by them to delete my review so I thought id edit it to add more details. I booked in with 1 cleaner that i could see their name and profile. Was surprised that he came with another 2 cleaners that werent mentioned on the website. They stole an expensive bracelet from me, denied that it happened. Initially i have offered to solve this without involving the police. However, the police are now involved. Their employer was right about me not being able to prove that it happened as i dont have cameras inside my apartment. However i wanted to add this review so people are more careful when they book in with one of your cleaners. The before and after videos they took dont show much, in the after video specially the coffee table wasnt recorded at all and after i have confronted them about this they replied you cannot record everysingle corner of the property This is a direct copy and paste quotation from our whatsapp conversation Service: Deep clean

We had a thorough clean after some very dusty plastering. Every room was affected. Our cleaner was easy to book and to contact and arrived promptly. He worked very hard and did a very good job.
