Overpriced and superficial. Avoid. My partner and I hired SCC recently to aid us with our job search, and we were very dissatisfied with what we got for the amount of money we paid. Essentially, each one of us paid 695 (1390 in total) for the first part of the 'career strategy programme' which is basically three meetings based on two online tests: The first test is a DISC personality assessment test, whereas the second test is a Strong Interest Inventory test. We later found that the tests are available online for 48 on the AxiomSoftware website, and 54.95$ on the CareerAssessment site, respectively. In the first two meetings, the consultant simply read the system-generated reports aloud to us, with minimal input in the form of personality games and preferences tests. On the third meeting, he presented each one of us with one file, a draft career strategy, about 4-5 pages long, which was basically a summary of our existing CVs and the completed tests, and a recommendation to engage in the second part of the 'career strategy programme' which was not included in the original price and was estimated at an extra 925 (minimum) per person. I would suggest you avoid SCC if you are looking for career advice.
