AFFORDABLE MOTORS GREAT SERVICE - GREAT TEAM I bought a car from Affordable Motors last month. The team were very helpful. No stereotypical car sales spiel. Eddie sorted out the road tax while Michael took care of the paperwork. I had to return to get a few minor repairs sorted and a part replaced. They arranged a courtesy car while the work was being carried out, even though it was only a few hours that the car was with them...this allowed me to get on with my day. They contacted me as soon as the car was ready. The mechanic was also very helpful when I collected the car. I was very impressed with the service all round. Well done to Michael and his team. I would definitely recommend this company.

Let's start by saying I just drove the car I bought here for 4.000 miles throughout a 12 months period and these are all the issues I encountered: - A few days after the sale one of the headlight bulb was out, got it replaced by them. - One month later got a flat tyre because of a dent at the back of the steel rim (not noticeable from the outside, unfortunately). - Two months later I tried to use the USB port for the first time and didn't work, I soon found out the fuse was completely missing from the fuse box and bought one. - Three months later found out the boot lighting was missing too, I never used it before and didn't notice earlier that it just wasn't there before. - Four months later, another flat tyre for a dent at the back of the steel rim (again, not noticeable from the outside, coincidence?). I Initially thought it was my fault (although I am quite a safe driver and just did 1000 miles with the car at this point) I decided to check the remaining 2 tyres to make sure I wouldn't find any other surprise, glad I did. - Recently went for a yearly service to find out the history check booklet in the car was for a different car, tried to get in touch with them and still waiting for a response. I tried to get in touch to sort things out nicely but never heard back.
