Was treated excellent as usual staff so friendly and not in your face. Lovely showroom with free Coffee/tea /biscuits water and soft drinks just all round brilliant.

I have recently bought a new used car from Arnold Clark at Hillington Glasgow. Thanks to the amazing efforts of the Ian duo of Ian Paterson and Ian Naismith, the entire process was smooth, effortless and stress free. They took care of every detail for me, listened and acted upon my requests and gave me top class service and great attention. I am very happy to recommend the Ian duo to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

The overall service was below my level of expectation, the car was originally meant to be in for repairs in September 2022,I was contacted many times and booked in,then cancelled at last minute. Also I was contacted to say the repairs had been carried out and I was to collect my car, when the car was actually still sitting at my front door. Many times when I called,the advisor was unsure why this had happened. I had to make arrangements with my sister to take time off work to either drop the car off or collect me,then it was cancelled yet again. The repairs did not actually get done till April 2023. I am unsure if the wheel alignment has actually been done. I would like a manager to call me about this.
