        Worst customer service ever!! Dont recommend Arnold clark in Glasgow. No one was helpful at all. People can try Arnold clark in different locations but not in Glasgow for sure.

        We had an excellent experience at Arnold Clark Hamilton Road due to the outstanding customer service from Adam Laurie. We originally went to browse for a new car in December 2022 and Adam was very helpful without being the usual pushy salesman. We accidentally came to this branch as it is not local to us but due to Adam's patience and welcoming demeanor, we returned later into the new when we were ready to purchase our new car. On our return we requested Adam to conclude the sale and we'd like to thank him for providing such a positive experience. If you're looking for an honest, experienced, and helpful salesman, we'd definitely recommend dealing with Adam.
