Quite a negative experience, unfortunately. My girlfriend and I were interested in buying a car from this used car dealer. We are a young couple and from the beginning didn't feel that we're treated seriously. It didn't discourage us, and we decided to proceed with the buying process. After our first visit (we had to come to Glasgow from Edinburgh), we were assured that the car will have a valid MOT (which was included in the car price), where all issues will be resolved. On our second visit, when we were making a payment and collecting the car - right after we paid and proceeded with all paperwork, we were informed that there is still one "minor" error that hasn't been fixed. One warning light was still on, and the seller knew it hasn't been resolved - yet he informed us about that after the payment, so that we couldn't do anything about that. The issue was the headlamp level sensor. After rethinking the whole situation for a few days and doing some research about the costs of fixing the issue, we decided to call the seller and share our thoughts to give him a chance of explanation from his perspective. No matter us explaining how we feel not knowing about the remaining issue before the payment, he seemed not to listen to what we say at all. He repeated over and over again - that the car passed the MOT, so we can just ignore the issue when it doesn't affect the driving as it passed the MOT. The additional cost for the original part was about 100, and later on, it turned out that 2 parts like this need to be replaced. We didn't expect to be left with any issue like this, and neither want to simply ignore the error - especially that the feature was mentioned in the ad. In general, the dealer was rather unprofessional - multiple times, he emphasized that our English is bad, and he's not able to understand us (as we're not native speakers). To sum up, I cannot recommend this place and wouldn't like to deal with this car dealer in the future. Edit: It is not a mistake. I rated the place and customer service of the exact place where I bought the car. I do not want to mislead people that it is some other company's from the paperwork fault as I only experienced services from this place.
