I literally had it up to here with this company 'Driven motor Company' (Glasgow), when I was in the car market I was looking and looking for the exact spec A45, I finally found the 'perfect' car for me black on black A45, 'Full service history' upto date records on the gearbox and differentials services, phoned the company up secured with a deposit of 300.. perfect! I made clear I would only purchase this car only being that the advert was as described, I was guaranteed everything was as described so peace of mind was restored and nothing to worry about.. great! Car day arrived only to receive a service history of years 2015 2016 2017 2020, at this point everything needed servicing, when questioned on this they assured me it had been serviced but had no proof, BIG no for me.. first drive on the road 'top up coolant' warning light comes on (still on even after 2 month of ownership) spoke to dealership to a response of 'keep topping up with water), couple off weeks pass by I was starting to get nervous regarding the truth behind if they actually serviced the gearbox so as you do I requested a breakdown of materials/oils they used in the service for piece of mind it had been done correctly, couple of days pass on no response so I chase up my request to a respone it HAS NOT been serviced as they don't have the equipment to perform such task, I did leave a negative review on this on Google to them blackmailing me to take the review down and they will pay part of the service costs so yes I obliged and took the review down, booked the gear box service at my local Mercedes, before it goes in for its service I just wanted to make sure the dealership are 100% confident the differential had been serviced to my amazement this also HAS NOT been serviced , so now I'm out of pocket picking up the service bills over thier false advertisement! I would warn who ever is looking at purchasing a car through them to read the full advertisement and make sure everything is as stated in the advert especially with performance cars because when it goes wrong it goes wrong big time.
