        Ordered 3 cakes, a cake topper and sugar paste circles from here. Originally got an emails saying they were struggling to source the topper I ordered but they offered an alternative. I went to collect my order today and they do not have the alternative topper that they offered. Staff were very unhelpful and could not tell me when I could get this topper baring in mind it's needed for Saturday. Staff member I was dealing with had a bit of an attitude problem and was rather abrupt when dealing with me. Definitely do not recommend them and I will NEVER use them again!!!! I WOULD LOVE TO LEAVE A ZERO STAR REVIEW BUT THAT IS NOT AN OPTION

        My cake arrived in Oxford today in perfect condition!! Really impressed with the way you package your cakes Ive had a few via post and this was the best!
