I have had the pleasure of completing 2 courses business development and leadership courses with The Power Within Training. I have to say the content they cover is life-changing from both a business and personal point of view. Cant thank James enough not only was the course deeply insightful, helping me to understand the power of a growth mindset to drive the right actions to build a successful team but it was also great fun. After week one, I began to look forward to the three-hour leadership session with the group which frequently showed me something new that I could apply, and always in a way that was relatable and enjoyable. I loved taking some quality me time to look inwards and outwards, reflect and learn so that I can help make me, my team and my business to be better tomorrow than it is today. Im so glad I invested the time because I know the course has changed me as a leader and will also change my team on their own self leadership journey.

I am very grateful to have been a part of such a great Leadership course, I came in open minded and I am glad I did because the new knowledge I have on leadership and management won't be forgotten.
