        I booked my course with DPG as I heard they were the best, although be careful when they say they are fully flexible.... I enquired about workshop and exam days prior to booking the course and paying my huge costs as I knew that I would be getting married. The sales lady confirmed that the dates were not on the days I needed for Honeymoon which was perfect, a few weeks later I receive an email to say that they have changed the workshop order and dates and after checking it now coincides with my wedding so I cannot attend. I panicked and advised the gentleman who had sent the email as the course hadnt yet started, he advised... dont worry about it there will be plenty of other dates for you to attend just let us know on your induction. So I did this, however I am now advised that I will need to attend the workshop in London.. which will cost me an extra 150-200 for travel and a hotel stay as the workshop is for 2 days... Not a great start to my journey with DPG.
