Do not work here. Obviously a front for something illegal. Staff were not paid or treated well. Owner constantly boasts of how rich he is but yet cant pay staff? Reported.

Sham company, no training or organisation, terrible employers! Was left with no support and then contract was terminated without warning and five weeks wages left unpaid. Was awarded damages by employment tribunal only for S2D to provide falsified contracts and pay slips at the last moment, dragging the process out despite clear-cut legal obligations. No HR department. I took this job as an introduction to office life and I lost my flat after working 126 hours for free. I am still engaged in trying to retrieve what is owed (over 1500) but would warn anyone considering it: DO NOT WORK FOR SWITCH2DAY.

Worked here in 2017 when I was 17 and had just moved out of my parents house from england to scotland. (A fact that the CEO was aware of which makes his behaviour even more despicable) I was hired as an apprentice, received no training whatsoever and was expected to work on his wife's business which in no way was related to his own. When I was eventually randomly fired not even a month in, I was not paid. A fact which I had told my apprenticeship organisation who this was through but they unfortunately couldn't do much about as I had been told to put the wrong date on my employment form which I naively did. After threats to take to citizens court, I was eventually paid around 400 as the CEO, Leo, had consistently said that I was apparently hired under the pretense of not being paid for the first 2 weeks. He had consistently not turned up for meetings arranged though the apprenticeship organisation to get me paid and had essentially just left me to starve which I basically did. There was little that could be done and so I settled for the 400. Not an ideal first job. This is incredibly long but honestly if this Leo guy tries to hire more people (from what I gather, he already has done the same thing to others) and I stop even one person in a similar situation from going through with it it's more than worth it. Do not work for switch2day.
