ActionCOACH Glasgow

I have been part of Action Coach for the last 18 months. When I joint the club, I had a vague idea about how to be an entrepreneur. Javier and Ryan unveiled to me a whole unknown universe, a bit at the time. I don't know if I am a clever business person now, surely I am much better than before knowing Action Coach. The learning curve is long and steep, however Javier and Ryan are professional, clever, understanding, sympathetic and friendly. They do not have a magic wand, but they helped me to find the answers I need in myself, and overall they gave me the encouragement and self-esteem I needed (plus a lot of invaluable information and support). I have joined ActionCoach a few months ago to help me with my start up business as an independent letting agent. I am very glad that I came AC as I think it's a great company which helps both new and well established businesses to transform. Action coach has a great resources and support to suit everyone and I would highly recommend them to any business that wants to grow and succeed. Their motto is to help business owners to work ON the business rather than IN the business!

I joined Javier's group ActionCOACH sessions towards the end of 2019 and from the 1st meet had my business mindset shift 180 degrees. I quickly realised, like Javier said, I'd made myself a 'job' not built a 'business'. This was a major awakening for me and I'm now well down the way to flipping this so I have a business I can eventually sell - after all I can't sell 'me'. Javier cuts through the noise so the steps to your end goal are clear, but he is also kind and patient (absolute necessities when dealing with me!). I'd 100% recommend Javier and ActionCOACH.

Javier has been amazing for me and my business. Taking the time to help me understand the importance of working on the business as well as 'in the business', how to test and measure all the different elements essential for growth and success in business. To anyone new or experienced in business, I would highly recommend Javier.
