    I have Travelled on My Bus for quite a few years now I travel every Wednesday to my Club in Hurlford from Galston and occasionally to Morrisons in kilmarnock I have Always found the Drivers Courteous and Helpful yesterday on my way home I dropped my Bus pass on the bus and did not realise until I got into my house to look for it to Put in my purse. As I normally do .so I rang Diane in the office to explain she said not to worry she would notify the Driver James and if he could not find it she would order me another one.Lo!!and behold !! this morning Thursday James arrived at my door with the Pass I am so grateful Ifelt this was going above and Beyond being Helpful just to say thank you OnceAgain Marjorie x

    After being stuck in since the beginning of lockdown. twice I have tried to book a journey to be told you will be informed the afternoon before you travel no matter how far in advance you try to book I depend on my carer to come with me I can't ask her to change her schedule at such short notice. On a Wednesday we could book to go to clydebank spt stopped that too the girls who answer the phone are absolutely brilliant. The worst of covid is over so when are we going to be able to start living again the girl on the phone couldn't say if and when the service will return to normal we haven't been sent any information regarding this service spt should be keeping the service users updated and not leave it up to the people who answer the phone. I wonder if our genuine concerns will receive a response from SPT I wait with intrest

    The Office staff are great particularly Diane and they are always so helpful and accommodating. The Bus drivers are so cheery and helpful. Bear in mind its a free service and we should be greatfull. They have helped me immensely by helping me integrate back into society after this awful Pandemic which is still on going. I will be forever grateful for the wonderful job that they are all doing. Thank you x
