1 star because zero isnt an option. The one good thing about Wickes is the catchy tune in the advert and that is it. Bought a combination ladder for a time sensitive project, the first set were badly damaged. At their leasure the replacement set arrived more damaged than the first set, another wait for the 3rd set. They were delivered as fragile but were slightly dented but I accepted them on the basis that a secondary support bar was provided in place of a 10% disount, it never arrived despite countless email exchanges. They said it had been delivered then it wasnt in the same sentence? They would say anything to fob you off. My project was put back 2 months. It is an important project to improve a disabled relatives life, MS is a ruthless disease. I cannot forgive you for what you did delaying progress! You couldn't care less, Wickes, you do not decide what is important to your customers!

I bought (was fleeced) 22.00 for kiln dried hardwood x 1 large bag, (probably no more than 15kg) which on opening was soaked through and unusable and ended up in my brown compost bin. Overpriced rubbish! I would never buy it again, nor would I recommend anyone else does. Shocking waste of money and utterly appalling that Wickes have this out for sale.
