Alan and Brian not only going above and beyond with customer delight and understanding my shopping list, but the banter was off the chart top notch.
The other staff inside the shop on the phones were so patient and polite with other customers waiting. Customers walking into the store were given a thumbs up and a nod to indicate that they knew you were there.
Very knowledgable and personable too. I have a few other garden projects to get through and these two were just absolute gems. Real ambassadors for the brand.
First time Jewson customer and I will be returning to this store because of the top class attendance I had today. Please make sure that Brian and Alan get recognition for a job well done, and being very health and safety conscious too.
