Ordered 10 blinds for our house. Service was fantastic. John came out , measured up and the blinds were ordered just before Xmas. Due to the Xmas period, I had to wait till mid January to get them fitted but that wasn't an issue. On the day of fitting , John arrived with his wife as, due to having had an accident a few days before in which he cracked a rib, he needed a hand to fit them. Despite this injury , he fitted all of the blinds within a few hours. Now that's service, other folk may have tried to cancel, but nope , job done. One of the blinds arrived slightly damaged (I didn't notice , John did) and he arranged a replacement which was ordered and fitted a few weeks later. No issues at all with this company and I'd have no hesitation in recommending them. Thanks again

TERRIBLE! I have waited in numerous times for no shows, ridiculous excuses and radio silence. I bought a full house of Venetian blinds months ago and I am still waiting for resolutions. One of the large lounge blinds came flying off the wall, striking me and damaging my dining table. Bargain blinds attended 2 months ago and advised they would replace. I have waited in countless times and been let down every time. I have been told the blinds are in the factory and awaiting collection. I have even offered no collect myself and install. Failing that I have requested a refund for the faulty and damaged blind.. Again ignored! I am now being completely ignored. Only seem to answer when I call from a different number. Company seem to have a take the money and run attitude. Any issues with your blinds from this company. Dont expect to see them again!

To clarify Bargain Blinds response below: The money taken off the invoice was for the inconvenience caused because of the mix up with the fitting dates. I have text messages from 27 September where you have agreed to reimburse the cost of the repair which was separate to the discount for the inconvenience. So you are still lying. I have just come off the phone with Trading Standards who are now supporting me to take this matter further. Avoid this company - they are completely unprofessional and liars. Firstly, they gave me some longwinded story about accidentally booking my fitting in for the wrong day, then there was van problems. When they finally came to fit the blinds a week later they damaged my newly plastered wall and promised to pay for the repairs. I contacted them with the quote and they promised to have the money into my bank account within 72 hours. Three weeks later and the money has still not appeared. They are now ignoring my text messages and emails. I sent a letter to their registered address (on Google) but have been advised by Royal Mail that they no longer operate from that premises. I have now been forced to get Trading Standards involved. Take your precious money elsewhere and avoid the trouble I've had to go through with this company.
