        We visited at the beginning of December looking for Blinds for a new build property. Zone measured up, supplied and fitted our Blinds in time for Christmas. They have a great range of product, and staff have great knowledge of their products. Excellent friendly staff, would recommend.

        We ordered 3 set of curtains in the middle of December 2022 and were promised that they would be delivered by the end of January. I started calling them after the promised time span and after much wait, they finally delivered at 27th of February. ON the day of installation, they gave me a call and told me that the third set's fabric is flawed and we are out of supply of the fabric and they would update me in three days time once it's procured. It's almost 2 weeks and they didn't bother to give me any update. I called them again myself and they say they are in production and yet again, they wouldn't give me even an estimated time in which they should be ready. Awful. I wouldn't recommend getting your curtains made as they do NOT DELIVER in time. All they say is a plain sorry with no compensation whatsoever. For the price they charge, one expects the services to be immaculate and customer service to be excellent. Sorry to say but my experience has been highly unsatisfactory
