        Swing and a miss on this visit unfortunately. Decor and location are great but its missing some of the refinement of the better brunch and cafe spots. Food quality was pretty good but having to ask for butter, condiments, napkins and then getting the alteration to the order wrong is irksome. Square glasses might look great but function poorly. Some things to work on but nothing that should put you off if you are local

        Went to Locker today, no customers which is fine. Waiting staff and I presume the chef were both there and said it had been quiet all day. Waiting staff asked if we would like food to which I replied yes. She asked if we were ok to wait 5 minutes as chef had gone to get some shopping!! Bit bizarre on a Saturday. We ordered a latte and a Diet Coke and sat and sat and sat! I asked when the chef would be back to be told at the shop as they ran out of items, didnt quite understand this as they had hardly had any customers all day. I ordered a scone for the lady I was with. It was rock hard and burnt! I mentioned it to the girl and she said she wouldnt charge me for it. In actual fact I shouldnt have been charged for anything. Such a shame as we really liked Locker but wont be returning now!!
