Seems to be getting run into the ground now that its more just a branch of Evans than anything else. Staff are friendly enough, but theres definitely the feeling that its on its way to getting shut down. Quite a lot of stuff on heavy discount, picking up a clearance bargain is really about the only reason to recommend now.

Bought shoe covers. Was terribly assisted by one of the customer assistant. He did not allow me to try it but he assured that the shoe cover will fit in my shoes. Two weeks later the shoe cover was broken. Poor quality, poor advising

Actually went into this store for a browse only, after spotting a few great deals we decided to spend some cash, unfortuately due to tills being down for a new system to be installed we couldn't purchase these items, but we're reassured by staff that the tills would be back up soon so they could keep the items for us and honour the prices incase they changed. The member of staff that helped us will know the situation we are talking about and we would just like to say thank you for your great service. Great service should be recognized.

Credit for this review all belongs to David in the repairs/workshop area of the store. Brought my bike in to the store and David took it in, identifying the problem and resolving it all within a matter of 15 minutes. Walked out of the store and pedalled happily away on my intended bike ride. Top customer service skills. Thanks, you've gained a loyal customer for your good deed
