I saw an e-bike on their website, called to ask when I could collect it the agent (Patrick) said he would have it ready and fully charged next day. He was true to his word. On the day he explained everything I needed to know and even fixed my lock bracket for me. Communication and service was excellent. I strongly recommend Billy Bilsland Cycles, particularly if you are local.

This is the fourth bike we've bought for the kids. Started with the frog kids bikes and they've worked up to the small adults. Always very helpful and very friendly.

I have had 2 cycle to work scheme bikes (road & mountain) and was helped throughout the journey by the experienced staff. They are always helpful and have serviced the bikes annually to keep them in order. They are not cheap but are competitively priced for good quality that will last.

Well what can I say. Best bike shop in Scotland. Started using Billy Bilsland Cycles at the start of lockdown when I purchased a Topstone. They turned the bike round super fast when i purchased it and again when it had its 1st service. I then went and purchased a 2nd bike from them. This time a Whyte Portobello . Neil, Josh and Ryan where so patient and made several adjustment to this Portobello until i was happy. I have since went on and purchase an e-bike, daughters bike, Turbo Trainer, bike for the turbo trainer and just orders my wife and myself 2 new bikes. I live in West Lothian but the advice, service and the full experiance is well worth the journey for me. Keep up the great work Neil and team Bisland
