        I called for a pair of cycling glasses before setting off along the Badger Divide for four days bikepacking. I was provided with excellent guidance and advice and the alternative lenses and case were posted to my home address. Dales Cycles provided the best customer support I have ever experienced, I have no hesitation recommending them.

        Chris and the team went above and beyond to arrange a replacement road bike, including fitting, accessories and transportation, 7 days before I started the Lands end to John O'Groats cycle. Without them, I wouldn't have been able to take part , never mind completing. A fantastic effort and a great bunch of guys!
