I came here recently for new tubes on my old bike but they had such a nice selection outside that I ended up buying a new bike. The staff were all really helpful and hands on and so knowledgeable. Will definitely return for accessories or repairs etc in the future

Rang to see if they could help with a broken spoke as was cycling touring and had snapped one. Susan was helpful on phone & informed us that mechanic would be in at 10 and able to help. My issue was somewhat more complicated than it needed to be due to my bikes funny parts. Lucky the shop has a wide variety of spares / repairs bikes that we were able to salvage a spoke from. Robert (mechanic) was thorough and diligent and the wheel left the shop better than it had been in ages. (Also salvaged a few spare spokes so I had them for the road). They also pointed us in the direction of good coffee / hot chocolate while we waited.

Went in for a simple puncture repair. Told me they didnt know how to take my back wheel off. Really?! A bike shop doesnt know how to take my back wheel off? Told me theyd sell me the inner tube though so I can do it myself (in the rain) but said cash only. Made me walk to bank machine 2 blocks away in the rain, came back and they told me they didnt have any inner tubes. Is this a bike shop or a practical joke?
