2.2k for that? I will make a point of NOT using this company. And your website seems to be down just now. That certainly doesn't instil confidence. just an observation.

I am giving this fraud company a 1 star as there isnt any option for anything less than that. They are the worst. The designer came in to sell a wardrobe design which we were later told was not possibly by the surveyor. I was disappointed but since we had already paid 25% of the amount and waited for months, and wanted to just get this sorted I went through the design again and changed it and was told the price was slightly lower this time as the previous features we opted for were not compatible with the new design. I was asked if I was happy with it all and shown the new price and asked to pay and do a digital signature. When I asked the surveyor for a copy of the new amount agreed he told me that it would all be emailed to me. He left and there was no email and no physical copy of the new invoice. Now it is time for the delivery of parts before fitting the wardrobe and we are asked to pay the balance of the originally agreed amount which is unfair as we arent even getting the same design and features that we asked for. My conclusion of Sharps so far: They send in a designer who sells a design regardless of whether or not its feasible, to make sure he gets his sales commission. Then they send in a surveyor a few weeks before the agreed fitting date to tell you that its not possible but tries to make a compromise with you and gets you to sign for a even simpler version of the wardrobe with no proof of new price. And then finally as customers we are to pay against the originally agreed amount as we are just left desperate for a wardrobe and also paid quite a bit of the total amount already. Please stay away from this company. There are plenty of other options out there.

Very poor. The problem with this company is that they want you to do the building work. I did this for my mum's wardrobes. I did it with help from my own joiner. I asked the salesman who came out to revise my mum's order the next day; if the work we did was correct for the installation, and he said it was perfect. When the joiner employed by Sharps did the installation he left big gaps at the top of the cupboards, and you could see the frame. He said that this should have been removed when the building work was done. That is the problem, You pay lots of money but the service has no continuity. The Installer should do the building work, or at least inspect it before he does the job. The Installer also left a scuff off the artex, which needs repaired and painted. The Installer also left loads of material that I had to dispose of; this is poor planning, to pay 2200 for a small wardrobe, and throw in the dump loads of material. So, did the surveyor do his job properly? I also had to sweep up all the debris and mess he left behind. The cupboards look fine when standing back in the room, but they are not worth the money. They look cheap when opened. They are made from chip board and MDF. You can see the screws, and cheap hinges you get on basic furniture items, I would have expected real wood for that price. My advice would be to get your own joiner and buy the materials which are cheap and do it yourself.
