Firstly the tv was broken & they accused us of breaking it after telling them on the next day . Saw one staff member the whole time , and wasnt around after 2:30pm so we couldnt bring our issues up with them . One coat hanger was left in the wardrobe. Bed sheets had holes in , and un fitted . Cigarettes ends all over the windowsill. Bathroom you couldnt swing a cat in plus it was downstairs not in the corridor as stated . Also the plug socket next to the bed fussed , and there was no one to tell . They have a carfew for 1:00AM yet guest were coming in at 3:00AM . Will definitely not be staying again .

TO AVOID the hotel works on a self-check in basis - I received the WRONG code and tried to call for support for a full hour (I called and texted three different numbers and through booking with NO response - it was 4pm on Sunday). I was lucky to open the code just by making random trials so I got in AFTER ONE HOUR I arrived in front of the property. The hotel manager responded to me FIVE hours after I wrote to him (at 9pm), apoligised briefly and only said that 'the lady who gave me code has been sent to additional training' - this was extremely poor customer service seen there was NO available check-in support despite the manager knew I would be checking-in then. Very disappointing facility and would not suggest that to anyone.

Rooms: Room 2 large family, with 2 double 1 single. Beds were comfy and spacious, plus clean. No fitted sheets which was annoying, as they moved around. Fridge ,microwave, tea coffee etc. Small sink in Room no hot water, kettle large, hair dryer . A TV on the wall above the beds making lying in bed watching it impossible but there was a small couch you could sit on. Carpet was OK but badly stained beside the place where hangers were placed. I think the Room was way overpriced, given the standard of decor which was in need of a spit and polish. R2 has a external bathroom/shower, extractor fan extremely noisy and annoying. The toilet seat very loose and dodgy. Also if you're claustrophobic you don't want to stay long. I got dried in my room Nearby activities: No idea about the local amenities but one thing for sure it was noisy which didn't die down till nearly 04.00am. The drunken brawls ,the screaming and shouting was intense. All made worse by a huge window that was impossible to closed due to it being stuck by white paint. I presumed because there's a nearby student hostel and campus it was them making the ruckus No matter I got some sleep when all went quite and our future adults lay unconscious in sombodies bed. Safety: No problems here but if you're disabled beware if about 12 steps up to the property Walkability: No chance unless you're fit and well. Taxi cost me 7.00 from coach station Its due to the stupid one way system and road works. Noteworthy details: It's not like a friendly B&B, they give you an email with a code, which you type in to enter. So you never see anyone from the start to finish. A system I hate first encountered it in Cardiff never went back.
