I recently had a very disappointing experience with this pharmacy. When I went to collect my prescription, the staff informed me that they only had half of the medication and that I would have to come back next time for the rest. And I double-checked with the staff to make sure it was okay to do so. However, when I returned, a different member of staff told me that I couldn't receive any medication at all and that I would need to contact my GP for a new prescription. The lack of consistency and poor communication between staff left me feeling confused and frustrated. What's more concerning is that the pharmacy's failure to provide me with my prescribed medication has resulted in a disruption to my treatment plan, which is potentially harmful to my health. This situation could have been easily avoided if the pharmacy had better management and processes in place to ensure that customers are given accurate and consistent information. I urge the pharmacy to review their policies and procedures to prevent similar situations from happening in the future. As a customer, I expect to be able to rely on the pharmacy to provide me with the medication I need, especially when it's prescribed by my doctor. Overall, my experience with this pharmacy was very disappointing, avoid at all cost!!

Rushing down to get a prescription as I've ran out, fair do's I was pushing it but arrived at 6.58pm when it closes at 7pm. Doors locked not chance of getting in.

Very strange experience with the security guard today - he followed me and my girlfriend all around the shop , even directly behind us while we were paying at the counter ! Genuinely have no idea why apart from the fact I was wearing gym clothes, so you're probably better off going into Superdrug if you want to avoid being stalked around the shop. Everyone else is lovely
