Really disappointed in this salon. I understand businesses need to have protection for no shows, however I informed the salon first thing in the morning that I wouldn't make my appointment later that evening due to a nasty sickness bug that came on during the night. The salon replied super short, with no offer of a re-schedule etc, stating that i would still be charged anyway. When i expressed my disappointment at this they just stopped answering my messages. I tried to phone several times to speak to someone but voicemail every time. Will never use this salon again. It was almost as if they were pleased to lose the appointment but still get their money anyway. Absolutely abysmal customer service.

Ive been with this business for years and I even brought them more clients from my family and friends, Ive never been late or absent from my appointment and Ive been a loyal customer to them. But they are only money minded they dont care about the customer loyalty I missed one appointment because I didnt get reminder message they told me they sent an email but I never got it! I called and asked if we could find any other way to settle this but they are charging me 66 for the service I havent even received because I didnt cancel the appointment, how would I cancel something I dont even know is there ? Im very disappointed and hurt that they dont care about the customers situation they care about the money only and not keeping loyal customers. Ill pay them but never going back to them! At least charge me half why are you still charging full money! Ridiculous! Hope this 66 makes you millionaires by hurting a loyal customer.
