Wanted to get my eyebrows waxed for the first time and Rachel explained the mapping process Benefit uses, making me feel confident they would do a great job giving me nice, thick natural brows. I popped in one Sunday morning before Christmas and met Jennifer at the brow bar. Total professional, she talked me through the process again and convinced me to tint my eyebrows first and then get them waxed - what a difference! Within 15-20 minutes I had beautiful, tinted and waxed natural looking brows virtually pain free that really suited my face. Fantastic job! Thank you so much.
