*Edit after response from owner* A deposit was paid for the cancelled appointment. So please dont try to lie, its embarrassing. I was there from 10:30 till 1pm getting my nails done, which is 2 1/2 hours not 90 minutes. Also I can see the original response where you tried to blatantly pretend I had never been in your salon. Too bad I cant post pictures. If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is ridiculous, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I booked in myself and my bridal party to have various treatments the day before my wedding. When booking, the owner tried to convince me to get a brow tint which I said I would not need. She booked one anyway and charged me full price for it even though I said I didn't want it and I did not receive it. One of the nail techs made one of the bridesmaids fingers bleed when trimming her cuticles. The staff were constantly checking phones while they were meant to be working. My own nails, a set of acrylic extensions in plain gold glitter with no nail art, took 2 1/2 hours. This is a ridiculous length of time, and it meant I did not have time for one of the treatments I had scheduled. They charged me full price for this too, despite it being their own scheduling issue preventing me from receiving it. I ended up late to my own wedding venue. Afterwards, when emailing about a refund, I was met with extreme rudeness from the owner. She initially agreed to the refund easily, but never sent the full amount. She then argued it was not her fault I didn't receive the treatments, one of which i never even asked for and one that I didn't have enough time in my appointment for. Despite me pointing out that both these issues were the salons' fault, the owner continued to be rude and has refused to refund. The nails they did were okay but definitely not worth the money. I chose this salon after being told that they had the glitter I wanted, only for me to get there and have them offer something entirely different. The acrylics were lumpy and stuck to my fingertips underneath. After 2 1/2 hours I would have expected them to be immaculate. Overall absolutely shocking and if you don't enjoy being ripped off or talked to like trash then I suggest you avoid. Service: Acrylic nails

On a visit to Glasgow over the weekend, made a mistake of coming here to get gel nail varnish on for a wedding. Thinking that my nails should last perhaps 2 weeks, was very disappointed that 3 had disappeared on waking up this morning 6 days later. No long soaking in the tub and no heavy handed tasks, so really surprised they came off already. Left with no gel on some , the rest just peeled off as it just looked weird . Surrounded by many nail experts in the office they agreed that there was something wrong. Save your money and go somewhere else. Only gave 1 star because i could not give less. Not going to use this again

Worst experience ever. Owner treats her staff like absolute trash. Horrible vibe, avoid at all costs. Went to get my nails done with my sister just before my wedding. Was booked to be done together and told them it was for my wedding and was meant to be a fun bonding experience, got there and the owner and one staff member were there. The owner was busy on the phone so said we'd have to be done one by one, which was annoying but okay. I started getting my nails done and the owner was having a very loud and aggressive conversation on the phone with someone, shouting and swearing (sitting two feet away from us). It made a very tense and strange environment. Once she was done on the phone she took out her frustration of the phone call on the poor nail tech, berating her and belittling her right in front of us, treating her like a little kid who had been bad. The girl just took it and seemed like she was used to it, she tried to politely reply, just to be interrupted and snapped at. The owner then started bringing up other issues and telling her off in front of us for not organising the nail colours in the right way. This is all while she's trying to focus on doing my nails. I've never seen anything like it. If you don't know how to treat your staff with respect, you shouldn't be in business. After my nails were done, we both were very keen to get out of there asap so we made an excuse to leave. The owner then interrogated us trying to catch us in a lie and make us stay to get my sister's nails done. She then proceeded to charge more than the quoted price (that was written on the wall). Unbelievably bad experience, being rude to customers is one thing, but the way this woman treats her staff is unforgivable. I honestly wanted to whisper to the poor girl that she should quit immediately, but I couldn't because I was too busy being questioned by the owner. EDIT: In response to the owners response (as I can't reply through google), Yes this is absolutely the right salon. It's the one in Princes Square, up the stairs near the elevator. Service: Manicure
