If they had a complete change in staff, I would maybe consider coming back. Very rude and unattentive people. Why work in this industry if you have no people skills. Doesn't make any sense. 0 stars if I could.

I got filler from this place by the owner 2 years ago and i have found out a few days ago that due to the wrong injection technique i have now got migration in the inside of my lip which should not happen if done correctly, i gave this clinic over 400 pounds on a filler package i would never recommend this place again because the owner does not care about the customers and only about the money. Now i will have to get my lips dissolved and start over, this shouldnt be the case if you are trusting someone to inject filler into your face. I am only saying this for people that are thinking of going avoid it at all costs all they want is for you to spend money.

My friend recommended this place & says she go's regularly for her treatments so thought I'd try it out for myself. I booked myself an appointment for Wed & was quite anxious as I haven't had any facials or anything done to my face in years but Francesca reassured & relaxed me. I had a dermaplaning facial which was so amazing & relaxing, the glow on my face was really something else like natural highlighter, kept checking my face couldn't stop looking at it & the complements I got. Am now really confident in my own skin that am just wearing a bit of blush, bit of brow powder & lipstick & not needing foundation which is great. Would 100% recommend proform they provide such a professional service, there clinic is so clean such a high standard of hygiene. Am definitely going back & excited to try some other treatments they offer.
