        I'm in Scotland, 1st time visiting my son and he suggested Salon Hero because it's right in his neighborhood. I made the appointment and I just wanted a touch up trim haircut. The owner was so accommodating. I was nervous because this wasn't my usual hairdresser. A hairdresser who actually listens without veering off in their own direction, how novel, anticipating my apprehension she not only gave me a great cut, she advised me on styling it and invited me to come back if for some reason the cut wasn't quite to my liking.         Probably the worst experience Ive had in a salon, left with patchy highlights and green hair. They definitely do not believe that the customer is always right they did not refund me, and Instead have bombarded me with incredibly rude phone calls and messages on my social media. Crazy! Think twice before you book in.
