Been going for months, my lashes last weeks and the staff are really friendly. Ive went to a few places over the years and Art is by bar the best lash salon Ive been too.

Booked weeks in advance for my holiday, got notifications and reminders right up until the day of appointment however turned out salon had been closed due to sickness for over a week and no notification given, also had to chase a few times to get deposit refunded

Went in for a appointment with the other lash artists in the shop Sarah her name was she was with another client and went 20 minutes over my appointment time then while I was getting my lashes done she managed to glue both my eyes shut it was very painful and uncomfortable then I had booked in for a refill as I wasn't happy with the first set so decided I'll get a top up which was a week after the first appointment I unfortunately couldn't make it as my 3 month old baby wasn't well and had to take him to the doctors after the health visitor attended my house my appointment was booked for 12.30 that day I messaged at 8 o'clock in the morning letting the girl know I couldn't make it as my wee boys health comes first she then took the full amount of 44 pounds from my bank account at 9 am even though I paid a deposit which that should have only been taken as she didn't use any product on me so I then went over to the shop later in the afternoon saying there was a total miss understanding over Instagram messenger then the owner started shouting about how I was to get a lawyer and she was calling the police even though I was calm still never got the situation resolved but I wouldn't recommend going here at all they are very unprofessional and the salon is really dirty as well as there personal hygiene the girl who done my lathes atleast could have used a deodorant oh and its false advertisement as well she posted a message I sent her how I said the lashes are still on and it was only day 4 after getting them and she posted 2 weeks going strong which was completely false lol
