My friends gifted me with a Groupon for a 1 hour massage for my birthday! So nice of them! Unfortunately I was not able to enjoy their kindness as I was never able to book it. I tried to call the number on the Groupon voucher several times a week for many and many weeks, always during working hours, but my calls have never been answered. One of the above friends sent an email and she was told by Allana to make me call during working hours (which I always did anyway). I then called for 3 days in a row, still with no answer (and no chance to leave a voice mail) so I gave up on my birthday gift and sent an email myself giving me a last chance with not too many hopes. With my great surprise, I received a call the day after from the most rude person ever that at first tried to say that she could not find any missed call from my number and then tried to blame ME for not being able to book on time. She did not make any kind of effort to try and find a solution or apologize for the inconvenience. She rudely informed me that they were fully booked and nothing could have been done before the expiry date of my Groupon, kept blaming me for not being able to contact them (you could have left a voicemail - her phone does not have a voicemail service) and, icing on the cake, in the end told me to complain through Groupon and that she does not need Groupons money as 1hour fully priced massage costs way more. I have never felt treated so badly by a "business", which should be customer focused but apparently is money focused only. I feel bad for my friends that, without knowing, have chosen such a terrible place to buy me a birthday gift from and know feel guilty (not their fault at all). I can only advise to avoid this place and this disrespectful people and go somewhere else, especially if buying a Groupon. *** to answer the owners very kind reply to my review: - the Groupon voucher says customers can only book via telephone call, and we had to go around the web to find an email address to get through (only my friend got a reply to her email, I never got an answer to mine). Stop blaming customers and pretending to be on the right side. - Leaving aside the countless calls I have made in the past weeks, all unanswered, I have made 3 calls (unanswered) per day only this week, during working hours, on Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday and got called back only yesterday (Friday). I have screenshots of the unanswered calls that I have made with dates and times. So stop lying trying to save your reputation - I have been explicitly and rudely told (with people around me that could hear and can witness) that I was very welcome to not redeem my Groupon gift voucher (paid 23) and ask Groupon for a refund as the salon is fully booked with full price treatments paid 50-60 and so my vouchers money was not needed at all Your shocking and hallucinating reply to my review is only a confirmation of your unthinkable attitude towards customers. For the sake of your business, try and improve your customer service and people skills and, least but not last, leave me alone.
