My daughter booked an appointment for me for a lash lift, when I called to book the patch test I was told they had two appointments and asked which one was correct, I advised Friday 16th at 1:15. I then went to the salon and got my patch test which was fine. My daughter had changed the appointment for me on the 7th December from the original appointment on the 14th Dec to the 16th December, then she received an email saying I was a no show. I then called the salon and spoke to the very rude Manager who told me I had to pay again and then I would need to try and claim my money back from Treatwell. The Managers attitude was disgraceful and very unhelpful. Luckily my daughter found the email confirming my change in appointment and we sent this to a Jennifer Boyle at the salon. My daughter then got an email back from them saying theyd cancelled the booking, no apology or anything. I will not be re booking due to the Managers terrible attitude but the young girl who I did speak to at first was very polite and helpful. Update - beware booking at the this place! The extremely rude Manager has refused my refund, they take customers money and do NOT honour appointments. I am furious, Treatwell have been involved to advise the Manager is refusing to refund us and they cannot do anything even though they have seen proof of the appointment but they did not update on their system. I will be taking this further.
