My mum and I had full a body massage yesterday. It was bliss. I had a pregnancy massage and felt like I floated out. Highly recommend. Everyone was friendly and wanted to cater to your needs.

The massage therapists for both my partner and myself were fantastic, and if it were just these people I was leaving a review for, it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately, the way the place is run is just so confusing, unorganised, and the opposite of relaxing, that it's hard to rate it above 3 stars. We were made to stand outside the spa in the public leisure entrance area until the exact time of our appointment, which felt odd and disjointed. After the really nice massage experience, we wanted to relax in the steam room/sauna and swim. Getting to these places was not easy, as there were not enough/not clear enough signs and were through weird back passages that looked like we weren't even supposed to be in them as customers. The sauna was small and very nice, in that it was clean, hot, and smelled how it should. The swim/steam room facilities weren't great-- the pool was large, but it wasn't very clean (visible mould) and there were only chairs set up for 4-5 people for some reason; the steam room didn't smell nice, and I kept getting dripped on from the ceiling (not sure if this is a normal thing, though, to be fair). All in all, I wouldn't go back for a spa experience, though I'd recommend it for a massage.
