Total botch job. Didn't pay attention to what I asked for and to be honest I don't think the dude understood me as he barely spoke a word of English. I Specifically said don't take too much off the top or take it up too high as I'd been growing my hair in to aim for a particular style - that's totally down the drain and I'm having to start from scratch. I even specially stopped him during the cut on multiple occasions to try and explain what it was I wanted, desperately using hand gestures as I knew he was ruining my hair and still I'm left with a 16 mess that can only be fixed if I shave my head. Avoid.
