Great barber, as a local I've found them to do the best cuts while the shop is always very friendly and attentive.

I am not one for writing reviews but I have been left shocked by what I have heard today. I can tell you for a fact that these recent 1 star reviews are complete nonsense. I have been a customer at Zagros for many years now and I have never been left disappointed. The owner and main barber Karo is the most genuine, professional and nicest guy youll ever meet and will cut your hair to your specifications while providing an affordable, timely and high quality service. He has expressed these recent negative reviews with sincere disappointment as this is not what has happened. A customer has came in and has had his haircut exactly how he asked for with Karo advising beforehand that the way the customer was asking for it would not leave his hair faded. After receiving what the customer asked for he was not happy as what he asked for was not how a conventional faded haircut is performed. Karo let the customer leave without paying due to dissatisfaction and did not force him to pay as this is not the person he is. The timing and nature of the 3 negative reviews suggests that it has been the same person/asking friends to write them out of self inflicted anger and disappointment. You have to visit Zagros barbers and experience Karos bang on service to understand how sincere, hardworking and friendly a guy he is. I 100% highly recommend anyone living within the west end/Maryhill area to get their haircut at Zagros as you will not be disappointed. This is something that Im sure that almost all his customers will agree on. I will continue to get my haircut by Karo as he is not only came to be my barber, but had also came to be my friend. Keep up the good work Karo, you and your customers know how good you are
