Well I seem to have had the same experience as lots of other people. Tried all means to get in touch with them and absolutely nothing?! Its so confusing and they wont even seem to and answer any of the reviews with an explanation. Very disappointing

The most unprofessional customer service. I tried to order a bespoke cake for a special occasion. After emails and messages were ignored I went into the shop to arrange things in person last Saturday. She told me she'd email back to allow us finalise plans. In the week since then, I've sent multiple emails, texts, left repeated voicemails asking her to have the courtesy to get back in touch. And have been 100% blanked. These might well be the greatest cakes ever. But nothing's worth tolerating customer service like this.

Like other reviewers we have tried to contact this business by email and phone multiple times with absolutely no response. We can understand if there are issues but an email out of office message or voicemail message could at least make that clear. Well spend our money on a wedding cake elsewhere. Wish Id checked these reviews before even bothering!
