Super disappointed with the quality of the cake. Was so soft and melted instantly. We commuted from Glasgow to Edinburgh and we know how careful we were with the cake as we have done this many times. The cake was so soft that it tilted and broke immediately as it came home so she wasnt even able to cut her cake. Basing on previous reviews I can see this has happened previously with being made on the same day as it was so warm and soft. I called to inform you of this and you clearly lied to us. I was told that there was nothing you could do for us or even a refund: even after an hour delay. Bottom line is your cake ruined my nieces first birthday. Your service is awful, however you make tasty cakes but we didnt get the product we paid for. A tiered cake is usually meant to have support within it and it only was held together with one pole(whatever its called) Be cautious when purchasing from this baker.

The cake design was really pretty, too bad the cake was given to us warm so by the time we unwrapped the cake, it was broken in half. We were advised to place the cake properly which we done (obviously) but then called the company and they took no acceptance of the issue. Quite embarrassing. Blamed us for holding a cake rather than they take accountability on their end. I would rather have a carrot cake from tesco that didnt tear apart than the one they provided us.

Lovely cafe with coffee and cupcakes, girls were lovely helpful and were patient with me. Wish you guys all the best.
