No No No No, its a big no. i would not recommend at all A1Automatic. I have hired A1 Automatic gate for my drive gate and hinge gate installation last year. They took 5 months to install the gate whereas their promise was 2 months, they are really not responsive and very rude. I had to wait because i paid them deposit. I asked for refund but the guy denied and told me he won't refund do whatever i can. Since i could not do anything only wait finally managed to install the gate 2nd Week of Dec 2022. soon after 1 week hinge gate stopped working (very poor quality handle broke was not able open), i reported this 24 Dec 2022. They have given us guarantee of 24 months, it's been more than 5 months now still waiting for them to fix the gate. They promised multiple time but never turned up because of them we cancelled our plan multiple time and wait. I never thought i would be writing this but i don't have any other option. I am really frustrated with them. Zero response from them after paying 6k in cash. They are not responsive at all the guy even threatened me to dismantle everything and take back. So please think before having any deal with them.
