        I have been volunteering at Six Foot Gallery for nearly a year now and cant thank Clare enough for the opportunity and experience gained it has given me. I recommend anyone who is interested in the arts/culture related studies to volunteer here if you are looking to gain gallery assistant experience and build on your existing skills. Six Foot is a great place to begin your professional career in the arts and has increased my confidence in a gallery setting. I couldnt be more grateful for the opportunity I was given last April as it has helped me so much in my journey as an Artist. Definitely recommend volunteering here if you are looking for a portal into the arts

        A really interesting alternative art space, really accessible (and right next to a couple of lovely wee coffee places too!) I love that their open call exhibitions allow emerging artists to exhibit equally with emerging practitioners, and it makes group exhibitions feel more interesting. Staff are friendly and helpful.
